When did you establish your business?
March 2015

What’s your favourite coffee style and why?
Adam: Pourover without a doubt. It truly reflects the individuality of the bean allowing the drinker to taste the true origin notes in the final cup.
Harriet: Mocha. It combines my two greatest loves, coffee and chocolate. What could be better?

Why are you passionate about coffee?
It is our most beloved daily ritual. It is how we start our day and what keeps us going. The thought of your next cup is sometimes all it takes to put a smile back on your face.

Anything else?
Scotland now boasts a number of great coffee roasters and we believe in promoting them in order for them to gain the recognition they deserve. Edinburgh itself has a booming coffee community with a number of choices for consumers. It doesn't matter how particular a person can be  about their coffee, whether it's the roast profile of the bean, the way the milk is textured, how the coffee is presented, the ambience of the shop itself... Edinburgh has a coffee shop to suit every taste and we're delighted that we at Cobolt Coffee can be  part of that.
